Orders
All online orders are normally processed on the day the order is placed prior to 1:00pm PST and have a 48 hour turn around between processing & shipment. All orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. When placing your order please verify you have given accurate billing, shipping and contact info. All information provided is checked and if the billing information for your credit card does not match we will not be able to place your order. If there any problems processing your order or filling it in the normal time we will contact you by email or phone. Please provide a daytime phone number where you can be reached if need be. Orders are able to be shipped to work and additional addresses if the billing information matches. Please contact us if there are any questions.
Please check all orders on receiving to check for damage, error and ensure order is complete. In the event of damage to your order, an error with your order or missing parts, please contact us within seven days. Any claims for damage, error or missing parts cannot be recitified after 30 days from order date.
The site gathers the information you enter through the secure server and is saved online with your order. Each order is given an order number for reference which you will receive via email shortly after your order is placed. If you do not receive an email after placing your order please contact us. Your credit card will be charged manually based off of your orders availability and or if you had special requests in your order. If your order is not able to be processed in the normal time we will contact you to discuss your options, sometimes items may be out of stock or on back order from the manufacturer. All information on your order is editable from our admin side so if there are any changes needed they can be made and will be saved on your online order. Please contact us if you have any questions.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We ship packages worldwide with a variety of carriers. If you are purchasing products through the website, the shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping with USPS and FedEx. Please contact us if you have any questions about the shipping rates.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
AQ Motorsports ships all of our products world-wide. We have excellent international carriers and offer great pricing and fast delivery. Please contact us for a quote on your shipment.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
AQ Motorsports insures all orders over $100. In the event your shipment is damaged, you must place a claim with the carrier in 3 days of receiving the item. Please inspect your packages carefully to make sure they are complete, correct, and in good shape.
AQ Motorsports cannot accept returns on damaged components. Any claims need to be made with the carrier.
Customers are responsible for all shipping to and from AQ Motorsports.
AQ Motorsports will not reimburse shipping fees.
International orders
International orders are handled completely differently since we do not accept credit cards for payment. Payment options for International orders are by CONFIRMED PayPal Accounts or Bank Wire transfer ONLY. If you have any questions please contact us via info@aqmotorsports.com
JDM Parts Orders
All JDM orders are now Special Orders and will ship directly from Japan to you. There is no cancellation on JDM orders. We have decided to do things this way for your benefit and will save you 5-20% off what the old JDM parts prices were. Shipping rates from Japan are very competitive and on small items the EMS shipping is about the same at USPS "EMS" or FedEx. The time frame shipping from Japan to the USA is normally 6 days. For larger items they will be shipped with USPS which is a 3-5 day service. All JDM orders regardless of size or amount will be insured and will come with tracking. Pricing
We strive to keep our prices up to date and as competitive in this tight market. From time to time we will run into a price change by the manufacture that was not updated on our site. Lots of attention is put towards this doesn’t happen but with the cost changing almost monthly by some manufactures it will happen. We will do our best to offer as close to the price as we can. JDM parts prices are updated bimonthly to the current exchange rate. If at the time your order is place the exchange rate it drastically changed your order will be modified accordingly.
Shipping & Returns Policy
Returns for an exchange or refund will be allowed within 7 days from the receipt of your order and must be authorized prior to shipping. All authorized returned merchandise must be unused and in its original salable packaging. No returns or exchanges on opened, installed, or merchandise that has been used will be allowed. No returns or exchanges on electronics or special order items. A special order item is any item that is not normally stocked. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping any return. Your return must have our RA Number or it will be refused. There is a 35% restocking fee on all returns and canceled orders. Your authorized return must include a copy of your invoice for proper credit. After 7 days we will not accept returns. Inspect all items before installing them, as if anything is not right we cannot get you a new one if it is not new in the box. International orders are subject to higher shipping fees then notified on the site and we reserve the right to add to it.

Please allow up to 12-14 business days for credit card refunds to post to your account.
Warranty
Many manufacturers offer additional warranty coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.
Open-Box and Clearance Items Return for refund within: Non-refundable
Open Box Item Return Policy:
AQ Motorsports often sells items that are listed as "clearance" and "open-box." Because these items are sold at greatly reduced prices, they bear this non-refundable return policy. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. These items have been tested for functionality, but may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings or dents. Should these items prove defective following their purchase, the buyer (not the manufacturer or AQ Motorsports) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repairs, unless otherwise required by law. These items are not covered by any satisfaction guarantee.
Refunds on Shipping Charges
AQ Motorsports does not refund shipping charges for items returned by the customer. Please make note that if your order qualified for a Free Shipping Promotion, these credited shipping fee’s will not be returned.
Refused Orders / Non-Delivery
Refused orders and Non-Delivery orders that are returned to us will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus all freight charges incurred with the shipment.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders whereby the Bill to and Ship to address do not match.
