Orders
All online orders are normally processed on the day the order is placed prior to 1:00pm PST with a 48 Hour Turn Around. All orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. When placing your order please verify you have given accurate billing, shipping and contact info. All information provided is checked and if the billing information for your credit card does not match we will not be able to place your order. If there any problems processing your order or filling it in the normal time we will contact you by email or phone. Please provide a daytime phone number where you can be reached if need be. Orders are able to be shipped to work and additional addresses if the billing information matches. Please contact us if there are any questions.
The site gathers the information you enter through the secure server and is saved online with your order. Each order is given an order number for reference which you will receive via email shortly after your order is placed. If you do not receive an email after placing your order please contact us. If your order is not able to be processed in the normal time we will contact you to discuss your options. Sometimes items may be out of stock or on back order from the manufacturer. All information on your order is editable from our admin side so if there are any changes needed they can be made and will be saved on your online order. Please contact us if you have any questions.
When you place an order with us you can rest assured that your privacy is of utmost importance to us so your information is kept safe and confidential. All credit card transactions are processed on a secure server. International orders Payment options for International orders are by PayPal or Bank or Wire transfer ONLY. If the shipping on your order is different you will be contacted to pay the remainder and in some cases you will get a partial refund depending on how your order is shipped. If you request to have your order shipped with USPS Priority or EMS normally the shipping will be less and you would be refunded the difference. If you have any questions please contact us.
JDM Parts Orders
All JDM orders are now special orders and will ship directly from Japan to you. We have decided to do things this way for your benefit and will save you 5-20% off what the old JDM parts prices were. Shipping rates from Japan are very competitive and on small items the EMS shipping is about the same at USPS or FedEx. The time frame shipping from Japan to the USA is normally 6 days. For larger items they may be shipped with UPS Expedited which is a 3-5 day service. All JDM orders regardless of size or amount will be insured and will come with tracking. Pricing
We strive to keep our prices up to date and as competitive in this tight market. From time to time we will run into a price change by the manufacture that was not updated on our site. Lots of attention is put towards this doesn’t happen but with the cost changing almost monthly by some manufactures it will happen. We will do our best to offer as close to the price as we can. JDM parts prices are updated bimonthly to the current exchange rate. If at the time your order is place the exchange rate it drastically changed your order will be modified accordingly.
Prices are always subject to change without notice. Pricing errors are not the responsibility of AQ Motorsports/Harman Motive or www.AQMotorsports.com/www.HarmanMotive.com. If a pricing error occurs prior to shipment, we will either refund the transaction in full or give the customer the option to pay the correct price. If a pricing error is found after shipment, we will correct the mistake and require the customer to pay the actual price or return the product immediately. All sales are final, meaning there are no returns unless there is express written consent from AQ Motorsports/Harman Motive (see the Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations portion of this section for more information regarding returns). In every case, efforts are made to ensure customer satisfaction with products sold by AQ Motorsports/Harman Motive.

Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges
At AQ Motorsports/Harman Motive customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you receive a product other than what you ordered, your order is incomplete or it is damaged, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY and we will work with you to remedy the situation. Customer ordering errors, dissatisfaction, no longer wanting a product, or any other reason for wanting to return a product other than AQ Motorsports/Harman Motive documented error will only be accepted on a case by case basis. Items in the customer's possession for longer than 30 days will not be accepted for return. If you knowingly accept delivery of an incorrect product and open the box, you own it. Period.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED AND AUTHORIZED
ENTIRELY AT THE DISCRETION OF AQ Motorsports/Harman Motive.
AQ Motorsports/Harman Motive accepts no liability for products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or modification. AQ Motorsports/Harman Motive recommends professional installation for every product sold, and all products are for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY, unless clearly noted otherwise.
All cancellations, exchanges & returns must be authorized by AQ Motorsports/Harman Motive and an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained and used prior to returning products or incoming packages will be denied.
All returns will be subject to at least a 25% restocking fee; once 7 days have passed since the item is received the item can no longer be returned.
AQ Motorsports/Harman Motive will not authorize or accept any item that has been opened, used or modified.
AQ Motorsports/Harman Motivewill never accept a return on electronics, turbochargers, clutch kits, body parts, fuel system components, engine internals or any item listed as special order.
Returns and cancellations are accepted and authorized entirely at the discretion of AQ Motorsports/Harman Motive
Returns and cancellations are for store credit only.
There are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds on any item that is listed as special order. Period.
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only; settlement of all claims are subject to manufacturer's waiting period to allow inspection of warranted goods.
