Building upon the years of success of our original triple adjustable damper. the JRZ 12 31 takes our damping philosophy to the next level. Every adjustment has an increased damping force range with finer adjustments engineered to enable the chassis tuner to make significant predictable changes every time. Compression adjustments are separated into the high speed and low speed piston velocity ranges affecting the bleed and blow off points of the damping curve. All oil flow paths in the JRZ 12 31 have been redesigned to maximize efficiency and give crisp feel to the driver. Rebound valving has been completely redesigned to eliminate influence over compression forces and smooth pressure development. At the heart of the new JRZ 12 31 package is our latest motorsport piston. designed to give increased control over base characteristics. reduce hysteresis. and operate smoother. To ensure that the valving designed into the JRZ 12 31 are the determining forces. JRZ has included new low friction coatings. seals and bearings with this package. Custom applications are available. Digressive high speed compression blow off adjustment allows for a stiff compression valving while maintaining smooth response and without losing traction. The low speed adjustment is a powerful tool that enables the chassis tuner to maximize grip and optimize vehicle balance. The result is a damper that provides ultimate chassis and ride height control with maximum mechanical traction. The JRZ standard large 22 mm piston rod works in concert with the high speed valving to maximize blow off valve response. achieving solid chassis control without using a high spring rate.

$294.99Built for performance and show. the Typhoon® Air Intake System is a free-flowing mandrel-bent aluminum tube induction system designed to fit many sport compact performance vehicles. Each kit is proven on a rear-wheel dynamometer to increase horsepower and torque. Typhoon intakes come in one of three designs; cold air intakes (CA). short ram intakes (SR). or complete cold air (CCA) intakes which can be configured as either a cold air intake or a short ram intake. They come with an oversized High-Flow conical air filter designed to provide increased surface area and dust capacity. This extra surface area provides even more airflow at lower restriction than a standard K&N O/E replacement filter that is limited to the size of the factory air box. The oversize air filter also captures more dirt increasing the service life before a cleaning is required (up to 100.000 miles). Some Typhoon Air Intakes are not legal for use in California and other states adopting California emission standards while others are CARB exempt and 50 state legal.

$1,850.00The addition of a GReddy intercooler is one of the best ways to safely increase horsepower in a turbocharged engine. By reducing the engines inlet temperatures; a denser air charge will enter the engine; this can make more horsepower at the same boost level and even more power at higher boost levels. Even if there is a factory-installed intercooler; generally these stock units are not ideal even for factory boost levels. They are usually mounted in awkward locations and become very susceptible to heat saturation. They are not ideal for increased boost levels. Our vehicle specific kits include all the necessary mounts; aluminum piping; hoses; and clamps required to install the kit. All kits are designed with specific cores to provide an ideal concession of cooling and flow; with the added benefit of aggressive looks and style. This is achieved by finding an ideal position and configuration for a wide range of boost levels. Our engineers properly size the number of rows in the core and tune the internal core with either a free flowing V-spec. core; our new M-Spec. bar-and-plate core; or our R-Spec core with a different inner fin patterns . The V-spec and R-Spec cores are a lightweight air-to-air; tube and fin design with a highly efficient tube design; which allows smooth ambient flow for optimum heat dissipation and flow to engine cooling systems. Although only offered in very limitsizes; the M-Spec core is an economical compromise that has performance; which lies between the free flowing V-spec. and the extreme cooling potential of the R-Spec. cores. GReddy intercoolers kits offer a great balance of heat exchanging efficiency and flow. The ends of the cores are TIG-welded and capped off with our smooth flowing heavy-duty cast aluminum GReddy endtanks.
