The Cosworth Subaru EJ25 CS600 series is designed extreme track use the demanding performance enthusiast. Each assembly is precision built by of Cosworths skilled craftsmen using finest components from parts catalog to ensure maximum reliable power performance. Starting with a Subaru EJ257 semi closed deck block; we meticulously hone each bore to guarantee perfect piston to cylinder wall clearance. block is then assembled with Forged Pistons; motorsport grade Forged H Beam connecting rods along with high performance and main bearings a STI Forged crankshaft. maximum performance; an optional steel billet crank is available (CS600X). Once cylinder block assembly is completed; we install a pair of CNC machine port-bored Valve Cylinder heads with proven S2 camshafts complete with valve lash to specifications. cylinder heads secured with high performance 11mm steel studs sealed with a Cosworth high performance stopper layer steel head gasket. Finally; we install of blue-printed; high pressure pumps maximum lubrication. This proven engine combination been used by teams to events in both North Americaand Europe.

The cover assembly is machined from billet aluminum with 25% more tensile strength than the competition’s cast unit. The flywheel is machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum to meet SFI spec 1.2 for competition in NHRA, NDRA, IDRC, IHRA, SCCA and NASA. Each aluminum flywheel includes a replaceable heat shield. JRZ Triple Adjustable dampers are shipped with 360 degree swivel hoses and are available with zero-inclusion quick disconnects for mounting canisters within the chassis for ease of adjustment accessibility. Our proven piston has been developed to deliver a smooth and responsive damping characteristic. To customize track to tracks setups and tailor the chassis to the driver; the JRZ Triple Adjustable Damper has an adjustment range able to provide damping to spring configurations ranging from 1.5-6Hz on vehicles with moderate to large aerodynamic loads.
