Modified from OE cylinder head castings; substantial flow improvements upgraded valve train components offer superior performance your high performance engine.
Each original cylinder head design is carefully evaluated tested to establish improvements required to meet target performance level. Hours of testing flow bench validation used to determine best advanced port design yielding maximum usable power response. However; there is more to cylinder head design than just maximum flow. It is critical that port velocits maintained to ensure drivability valve train components matched to guarantee reliable performance. Once of these factors have been tested validated; final port contour is digitized. Using digitized program; we then reshape both intake exhaust ports using axis mill producing an accurate consistent port shape every time. In addition to reshaping enlarging intake exhaust ports; most Valve Cylinder heads feature a re-shaped combustion chamber to un-shroud valves increasing flow performance. After machining; each cylinder head receives a multiangle high performance valve on precision valve seat cutter. Then each cylinder head is ultrasonically; cleaned; serialized then hand assembled with select high performance valve train components; ready to install on your engine.

The Cosworth Subaru EJ25 CS600 series is designed extreme track use the demanding performance enthusiast. Each assembly is precision built by of Cosworths skilled craftsmen using finest components from parts catalog to ensure maximum reliable power performance. Starting with a Subaru EJ257 semi closed deck block; we meticulously hone each bore to guarantee perfect piston to cylinder wall clearance. block is then assembled with Forged Pistons; motorsport grade Forged H Beam connecting rods along with high performance and main bearings a STI Forged crankshaft. maximum performance; an optional steel billet crank is available (CS600X). Once cylinder block assembly is completed; we install a pair of CNC machine port-bored Valve Cylinder heads with proven S2 camshafts complete with valve lash to specifications. cylinder heads secured with high performance 11mm steel studs sealed with a Cosworth high performance stopper layer steel head gasket. Finally; we install of blue-printed; high pressure pumps maximum lubrication. This proven engine combination been used by teams to events in both North Americaand Europe.

The Brass Plus material with its alloy backing matched to a performance pressure plate will provide smooth engagement and extended life. 500 mile break-in highly recommended with this set-up. 300 mile break-in REQUIRED with this set-up. The FX400 System uses the Power Plus I Pressure Plate with a custom, extremely durable, Sprung Ceramic disc. This is the ultimate extreme duty street and/or road/drag racing system. It is available in a 4,6 or 8 wing (paddle) configuration, with the 4-wing being the more aggressive setup and 8-wing being the less aggressive (please specify which type you prefer). The sprung hub design allows for moderate dampening in high-torque applications, rendering it much more street friendly than solid or rigid designs. This disc is designed for outstanding holding capacity, and rapid heat dissipation. The FX400 ceramic paddle design creates a quick and rapid engagement as well as clutch chatter that may not be ideal for street driven vehicles.  Learn More
