The FX200 System uses the Power Plus I Pressure Plate and a Steel Backed Kevlar disc. This clutch is designed for the street enthusiast or weekend racer. The FX200 offers similar torque rating and holding capacity as the FX100, however, its life expectancy is increased with the Kevlar disc. Our Kevlar friction material is non-abrasive and doesn't score the mating surfaces. It features only slightly increased pedal pressure, significantly longer life than stock, and normal clutch feel during engagement and disengagement for the smoothest operation of any stage we offer. They are designed to hold tremendous horsepower and torque ratings, while retaining a very smooth operation. By slightly increasing the clamping force of the pressure plate and adding to the square inches of usable disc area, CM Twin Discs significantly increase clamping values with only a 25-50% increase in pedal pressure depending on the application. The cover assembly is machined from billet aluminum with 25% more tensile strength than the competition’s cast unit. The flywheel is machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum to meet SFI spec 1.2 for competition in NHRA, NDRA, IDRC, IHRA, SCCA and NASA. Each aluminum flywheel includes a replaceable heat shield. Steel flywheels are also available on select applications. *725 SERIES – (7.25” Twin Disc) The 725 series is a smaller diameter assembly, which creates less rotating mass and offering quicker, and smoother shifting with much better throttle response. *850 SERIES – (8.50” Twin Disc) The 850 series is a larger diameter assembly, which is designed for high horsepower applications that require smooth engagement, quiet operation and high clamp load. GReddy Blow Off Valves are easily adjustable to eliminate compressor surge and preventing premature boost leakage; while increasing boost response between shifts. Each valve is made of durable cast and billet aluminum frame and the valve to diaphragm ratio provides performance that cheap piston types cannot offer. The spring stiffness adjustment screw and the three different sizes give the GReddy user the option to match vehicles with mild upgrades to heavily tuned engines. There are many factors in matching a blow-off valve to an application; valve location; turbocharger size and pressure; but as a general rule of thumb; we recommend the Type RS for 100-400hp. Also available in easy to install kit form for many turbocharged vehicles.

It is available in a 4,6 or 8 wing (paddle) configuration, with the 4-wing being the more aggressive setup and 8-wing being the less aggressive (please specify which type you prefer). The sprung hub design allows for moderate dampening in high-torque applications, rendering it much more street friendly than solid or rigid designs. This disc is designed for outstanding holding capacity, and rapid heat dissipation. The FX400 ceramic paddle design creates a quick and rapid engagement as well as clutch chatter that may not be ideal for street driven vehicles.

Every adjustment has an increased damping force range with finer adjustments engineered to enable the chassis tuner to make significant. predictable changes every time. Compression and rebound adjustments are separated into the high speed and low speed piston velocity ranges affecting the bleed and blow off points of the damping curve. All oil flow paths in the JRZ 14 31 have been redesigned to maximize efficiency and give crisp feel to the driver. Rebound valving has been completely redesigned to eliminate influence over compression forces and smooth pressure development.
