The Cosworth Subaru EJ25 CS600 series is designed extreme track use the demanding performance enthusiast. Each assembly is precision built by of Cosworths skilled craftsmen using finest components from parts catalog to ensure maximum reliable power performance. Starting with a Subaru EJ257 semi closed deck block; we meticulously hone each bore to guarantee perfect piston to cylinder wall clearance. block is then assembled with Forged Pistons; motorsport grade Forged H Beam connecting rods along with high performance and main bearings a STI Forged crankshaft. maximum performance; an optional steel billet crank is available (CS600X). Once cylinder block assembly is completed; we install a pair of CNC machine port-bored Valve Cylinder heads with proven S2 camshafts complete with valve lash to specifications. cylinder heads secured with high performance 11mm steel studs sealed with a Cosworth high performance stopper layer steel head gasket. Finally; we install of blue-printed; high pressure pumps maximum lubrication. This proven engine combination been used by teams to events in both North Americaand Europe.

The FX400 System uses the Power Plus I Pressure Plate with a custom, extremely durable, Sprung Ceramic disc. This is the ultimate extreme duty street and/or road/drag racing system. It is available in a 4,6 or 8 wing (paddle) configuration, with the 4-wing being the more aggressive setup and 8-wing being the less aggressive (please specify which type you prefer). The sprung hub design allows for moderate dampening in high-torque applications, rendering it much more street friendly than solid or rigid designs. Built for performance and show. the Typhoon® Air Intake System is a free-flowing mandrel-bent aluminum tube induction system designed to fit many sport compact performance vehicles.  Each kit is proven on a rear-wheel dynamometer to increase horsepower and torque. Typhoon intakes come in one of three designs; cold air intakes (CA). short ram intakes (SR). or complete cold air (CCA) intakes which can be configured as either a cold air intake or a short ram intake.  They come with an oversized High-Flow conical air filter designed to provide increased surface area and dust capacity. This extra surface area provides even more airflow at lower restriction than a standard K&N O/E replacement filter that is limited to the size of the factory air box.
