The addition of a GReddy intercooler is one of the best ways to safely increase horsepower in a turbocharged engine. By reducing the engines inlet temperatures; a denser air charge will enter the engine; this can make more horsepower at the same boost level and even more power at higher boost levels. Even if there is a factory-installed intercooler; generally these stock units are not ideal even for factory boost levels. They are usually mounted in awkward locations and become very susceptible to heat saturation. They are not ideal for increased boost levels. Our vehicle specific kits include all the necessary mounts; aluminum piping; hoses; and clamps required to install the kit. All kits are designed with specific cores to provide an ideal concession of cooling and flow; with the added benefit of aggressive looks and style. This is achieved by finding an ideal position and configuration for a wide range of boost levels. Our engineers properly size the number of rows in the core and tune the internal core with either a free flowing V-spec. core; our new M-Spec. bar-and-plate core; or our R-Spec core with a different inner fin patterns . The V-spec and R-Spec cores are a lightweight air-to-air; tube and fin design with a highly efficient tube design; which allows smooth ambient flow for optimum heat dissipation and flow to engine cooling systems. Although only offered in very limitsizes; the M-Spec core is an economical compromise that has performance; which lies between the free flowing V-spec. and the extreme cooling potential of the R-Spec. cores. GReddy intercoolers kits offer a great balance of heat exchanging efficiency and flow. The ends of the cores are TIG-welded and capped off with our smooth flowing heavy-duty cast aluminum GReddy endtanks. Lightweight mandrel bent aluminum piping and/or cast aluminum elbows; complete with hose couplers; are used to route air charge smoothly to and from the intercooler.

Clutch Masters 725/850 Series: Ultra High Performance Twin Disc Street or Race Systems; 300-600% increase in holding capacity Clutch Masters Twin Disc systems are pure racing technology that also works well in high performance street applications. They are designed to hold tremendous horsepower and torque ratings, while retaining a very smooth operation. By slightly increasing the clamping force of the pressure plate and adding to the square inches of usable disc area, CM Twin Discs significantly increase clamping values with only a 25-50% increase in pedal pressure depending on the application. The cover assembly is machined from billet aluminum with 25% more tensile strength than the competition’s cast unit. The flywheel is machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum to meet SFI spec 1.2 for competition in NHRA, NDRA, IDRC, IHRA, SCCA and NASA. Each aluminum flywheel includes a replaceable heat shield. Steel flywheels are also available on select applications. *725 SERIES – (7.25” Twin Disc) The 725 series is a smaller diameter assembly, which creates less rotating mass and offering quicker, and smoother shifting with much better throttle response. *850 SERIES – (8.50” Twin Disc) The 850 series is a larger diameter assembly, which is designed for high horsepower applications that require smooth engagement, quiet operation and high clamp load. All systems include: * Cover Assembly with attached Diaphragm * Pressure Plate Ring * Two Discs * One Mid Plate * Billet Aluminum Flywheel* * Release Bearing * Pilot Bearing (when applicable) * Pressure Plate Bolts

The FX350 System uses the Power Plus I Pressure Plate with Clutch Masters New Formula Button disc. This clutch is designed for the street enthusiast or weekend racer who plans to abuse their vehicle on an occasional basis and have a spirited driving style. The FX350 clutch system has a higher holding capacity than a segmented Kevlar lining without compromising the street friendly characteristic Clutch Masters is known for. For year’s enthusiast have had to compromise durability for drivability and vise versa, however with Clutch Masters New Formula button we have closed the gap between these two tradeoffs.

The FX400 System uses the Power Plus I Pressure Plate with a custom, extremely durable, Sprung Ceramic disc. This is the ultimate extreme duty street and/or road/drag racing system. It is available in a 4,6 or 8 wing (paddle) configuration, with the 4-wing being the more aggressive setup and 8-wing being the less aggressive (please specify which type you prefer). The sprung hub design allows for moderate dampening in high-torque applications, rendering it much more street friendly than solid or rigid designs. This disc is designed for outstanding holding capacity, and rapid heat dissipation. The FX400 ceramic paddle design creates a quick and rapid engagement as well as clutch chatter that may not be ideal for street driven vehicles.

JRZ Suspension Engineering is proud to introduce the JRZ RS1. a revolutionary development in multipurpose high performance damping. Applying our race winning technology. JRZ designed the JRZ RS1 to give ultimate comfort for public roads and precise chassis control when driving on track.
The JRZ RS1 is a high gas pressure. single adjustable monotube damper. The canister has been designed inside of the damper. JRZ inner canister technology gives the advantages of monotube canister dampers without the mounting concerns and complexity. Easy to install. the JRZ RS1 is available as a complete kit with mounting hardware and springs for all applications we support.Built on the same roduction line and sharing components with our pro racing applications. the JRZ RS1 is of true professional heritage. Following JRZ’s design philosophy. the JRZ RS1 has a large 22mm diameter piston rod in strut applications and a 16mm diameter piston rod in aluminium damper applications. The large piston rod magnifies the high pressure gas charge which means great chassis control without using a high spring rate or increasing harshness.
Features- 22 mm rod strut. 16 mm rod damper
- 24 clicks of rebound
- Adjustable gas pressure. mono tube
- Piston designed for high performance
- Large adjustment range
Utilizing a mono tube design with a high flow piston ensures the smoothest possible ride in normal conditions while the bleed adjustment gives the ability to tune for racing situations. Unlike many other single adjustable suspensions. damping balance is carefully maintained between compression and rebound. This damping balance is critical to maintaining tire contact with the road in addition to controlling the main mass of the vehicle. To satisfy the diverse needs of each driver’s application. the JRZ RS1 has an extra large adjustment range. With a few clicks you can turn your smooth street car into a crisp. rock solid track car in seconds. JRZ has designed the JRZ RS1 to give the end user the best possible damper to drive daily. while maintaining the racetrack performance that wins championships. The JRZ RS1 is shipped as a bolt-on kit and always comes with the personal support JRZ is known for. Using the best materials. coatings and aerospace standard manufacturing processes as in our motorsport line; the JRZ RS1 is designed to perform flawlessly. Adjustment is easy to perform and comes with the knowledge base only JRZ provides to his customers.
