Building upon the years of success of our original triple adjustable damper. the JRZ 12 31 takes our damping philosophy to the next level. Every adjustment has an increased damping force range with finer adjustments engineered to enable the chassis tuner to make significant predictable changes every time. Compression adjustments are separated into the high speed and low speed piston velocity ranges affecting the bleed and blow off points of the damping curve. All oil flow paths in the JRZ 12 31 have been redesigned to maximize efficiency and give crisp feel to the driver. Rebound valving has been completely redesigned to eliminate influence over compression forces and smooth pressure development. At the heart of the new JRZ 12 31 package is our latest motorsport piston. designed to give increased control over base characteristics. reduce hysteresis. and operate smoother. To ensure that the valving designed into the JRZ 12 31 are the determining forces. JRZ has included new low friction coatings. seals and bearings with this package. Custom applications are available. Digressive high speed compression blow off adjustment allows for a stiff compression valving while maintaining smooth response and without losing traction. The low speed adjustment is a powerful tool that enables the chassis tuner to maximize grip and optimize vehicle balance. The result is a damper that provides ultimate chassis and ride height control with maximum mechanical traction. The JRZ standard large 22 mm piston rod works in concert with the high speed valving to maximize blow off valve response. achieving solid chassis control without using a high spring rate.

Each original cylinder head design is carefully evaluated tested to establish improvements required to meet target performance level. Hours of testing flow bench validation used to determine best advanced port design yielding maximum usable power response. However; there is more to cylinder head design than just maximum flow. It is critical that port velocits maintained to ensure drivability valve train components matched to guarantee reliable performance. Once of these factors have been tested validated; final port contour is digitized. Using digitized program; we then reshape both intake exhaust ports using axis mill producing an accurate consistent port shape every time. In addition to reshaping enlarging intake exhaust ports; most Valve Cylinder heads feature a re-shaped combustion chamber to un-shroud valves increasing flow performance. After machining; each cylinder head receives a multiangle high performance valve on precision valve seat cutter. Then each cylinder head is ultrasonically; cleaned; serialized then hand assembled with select high performance valve train components; ready to install on your engine.
