The JRZ damper is an advanced development in high performance shock absorbers. The JRZ RS is a high gas pressure double adjustable twin tube damper. without the use of an external reservoir. Applying our race winning technology. JRZ designed the JRZ RS to give precise chassis control when driving on track and ultimate comfort for daily driving. Easy to install. the JRZ RS is available as a complete kit with mounting hardware and springs for all applications we support.  Following JRZ’s design philosophy. the JRZ RS has a large 22 mm diameter piston rod in strut applications and a 16 mm in aluminium damper applications. This means responsive chassis control at even the smallest suspension movements.  The large piston rod in combination with the high nitrogen gas pressure creates a lifting force giving great chassis control without using a high spring rate.  Our twin tube design uses a smaller diameter piston that gives a smooth feel during street driving. Working in conjunction with our blow off compression valving patterned from our racing dampers. the JRZ RS valving is the perfect marriage between daily driving and club racing.  To work with all ranges of spring and driver needs. the JRZ RS has an extra large adjustment range. JRZ Suspension Engineering is proud to offer our newest quadruple adjustable racing damper. the JRZ 14 31.  Building upon the years of success of our original quadruple adjustable. the 14 31 takes our damping philosophy to the next level.  Every adjustment has an increased damping force range with finer adjustments engineered to enable the chassis tuner to make significant. predictable changes every time. Compression and rebound adjustments are separated into the high speed and low speed piston velocity ranges affecting the bleed and blow off points of the damping curve. All oil flow paths in the JRZ 14 31 have been redesigned to maximize efficiency and give crisp feel to the driver.  Rebound valving has been completely redesigned to eliminate influence over compression forces and smooth pressure development. At the heart of the new JRZ 12 31 package is our latest motorsport piston. designed to give increased control over base characteristics. reduce hysteresis. and operate smoother.  To ensure that the valving designed into the JRZ 12 31 are the determining forces. JRZ has included new low friction coatings. seals and bearings with this package. Custom applications are available.  An easy to use system. the JRZ 14 31 enables the chassis tuner to achieve the desired mass control and handling with precision. Digressive high speed blow off adjustment allows for highly tuneable mass control while maintaining smooth response and without losing traction. The low speed bleed adjustment is a powerful tool that enables the chassis tuner to maximize grip and optimize vehicle balance.
