57i Series Intake Kits are specifically designed for each different vehicle and will free your car from the size restriction that comes with the factory air box. These economical kits can take a variety of different forms based on vehicle characteristics and available space under the hood. Each kit is designed to provide power throughout the RPM range. Gen I’s take advantage of the added airflow provided by an oversized air filter released from the restrictive factory air box..

TECH TALK
These kits bring engine airflow out of the factory box by providing a large size open-air conical or round High-Flow Air Filter. The extra surface area of these open-air air filters provide even more airflow at lower restriction than a K&N O/E replacement filter which is always limited to the size of the factory air box. The larger air filter also captures and holds more dirt increasing its service life before a cleaning is required (up to 100.000 miles). The filter is then either directly attached to the engine carburetor or throttle body or indirectly through a tube assembly running from the filter to the engine. All adaptors are made from high quality materials such as steel. aluminum. silicon or reinforced nylon and ensure long life.

Advancing the design of our Double Adjustable further. the JRZ Triple Adjustable utilizes the same piston design while adding function to the Triple Adjustable canister. Like the Double Adjustable. the Triple Adjustable has a wide adjustment range with precise. even adjustments engineered to enable the chassis tuner to make significant. predictable changes every time.

Compression adjustments are separated into the high speed and low speed piston velocity ranges. This level of adjustment creates an environment for precise tuning. The mono tube Triple Adjustable Damper offers a wide adjustment range allowing the user to tailor the damper to driver. track and vehicle. An easy to use system. the Triple Adjustable Damper enables the chassis tuner to achieve the desired mass control and handling with precision.  Digressive high speed compression blow off adjustment allows for a stiff compression valving while maintaining smooth response and without losing traction. The low speed adjustment is a powerful tool that enables the chassis tuner to maximize grip and optimize vehicle balance. The JRZ standard large 22mm piston rod works in concert with the high speed valving to maximize blow off valve response. achieving solid chassis control without using a high spring rate. JRZ Triple Adjustable dampers are shipped with 360 degree swivel hoses and are available with zero-inclusion quick disconnects for mounting canisters within the chassis for ease of adjustment accessibility. Our proven piston has been developed to deliver a smooth and responsive damping characteristic. To customize track to tracks setups and tailor the chassis to the driver; the JRZ Triple Adjustable Damper has an adjustment range able to provide damping to spring configurations ranging from 1.5-6Hz on vehicles with moderate to large aerodynamic loads. Modified from OE cylinder head castings; substantial flow improvements upgraded valve train components offer superior performance your high performance engine.
Each original cylinder head design is carefully evaluated tested to establish improvements required to meet target performance level. Hours of testing flow bench validation used to determine best advanced port design yielding maximum usable power response. However; there is more to cylinder head design than just maximum flow. It is critical that port velocits maintained to ensure drivability valve train components matched to guarantee reliable performance. Once of these factors have been tested validated; final port contour is digitized. Using digitized program; we then reshape both intake exhaust ports using axis mill producing an accurate consistent port shape every time. In addition to reshaping enlarging intake exhaust ports; most Valve Cylinder heads feature a re-shaped combustion chamber to un-shroud valves increasing flow performance. After machining; each cylinder head receives a multiangle high performance valve on precision valve seat cutter. Then each cylinder head is ultrasonically; cleaned; serialized then hand assembled with select high performance valve train components; ready to install on your engine.

The JRZ damper is an advanced development in high performance shock absorbers. The JRZ RS is a high gas pressure double adjustable twin tube damper. without the use of an external reservoir. Applying our race winning technology. JRZ designed the JRZ RS to give precise chassis control when driving on track and ultimate comfort for daily driving. Easy to install. the JRZ RS is available as a complete kit with mounting hardware and springs for all applications we support.  Following JRZ’s design philosophy. the JRZ RS has a large 22 mm diameter piston rod in strut applications and a 16 mm in aluminium damper applications.
