Compression and rebound adjustments are separated into the high speed and low speed piston velocity ranges affecting the bleed and blow off points of the damping curve. All oil flow paths in the JRZ 14 31 have been redesigned to maximize efficiency and give crisp feel to the driver.  Rebound valving has been completely redesigned to eliminate influence over compression forces and smooth pressure development. At the heart of the new JRZ 12 31 package is our latest motorsport piston. designed to give increased control over base characteristics. reduce hysteresis. and operate smoother.  To ensure that the valving designed into the JRZ 12 31 are the determining forces. JRZ has included new low friction coatings. seals and bearings with this package. It is available in a 4,6 or 8 wing (paddle) configuration, with the 4-wing being the more aggressive setup and 8-wing being the less aggressive (please specify which type you prefer). The sprung hub design allows for moderate dampening in high-torque applications, rendering it much more street friendly than solid or rigid designs. The Brass Plus material with its alloy backing matched to a performance pressure plate will provide smooth engagement and extended life. 500 mile break-in highly recommended with this set-up. 300 mile break-in REQUIRED with this set-up. The 2100 Series kit includes a performance pressure plate; a high torque sprung disc with antiburst steel backed Brass Plus facings; all applicable bearings; and the appropriate alignment tool.
