In addition to reshaping enlarging intake exhaust ports; most Valve Cylinder heads feature a re-shaped combustion chamber to un-shroud valves increasing flow performance. After machining; each cylinder head receives a multiangle high performance valve on precision valve seat cutter. Then each cylinder head is ultrasonically; cleaned; serialized then hand assembled with select high performance valve train components; ready to install on your engine.

The Cosworth Subaru EJ25 CS600 series is designed extreme track use the demanding performance enthusiast. Each assembly is precision built by of Cosworths skilled craftsmen using finest components from parts catalog to ensure maximum reliable power performance. Starting with a Subaru EJ257 semi closed deck block; we meticulously hone each bore to guarantee perfect piston to cylinder wall clearance. block is then assembled with Forged Pistons; motorsport grade Forged H Beam connecting rods along with high performance and main bearings a STI Forged crankshaft. maximum performance; an optional steel billet crank is available (CS600X). Once cylinder block assembly is completed; we install a pair of CNC machine port-bored Valve Cylinder heads with proven S2 camshafts complete with valve lash to specifications. cylinder heads secured with high performance 11mm steel studs sealed with a Cosworth high performance stopper layer steel head gasket. Finally; we install of blue-printed; high pressure pumps maximum lubrication. This proven engine combination been used by teams to events in both North Americaand Europe.
